Diagnosis
- Dx: Varied
- Vaginal Exam & Anorectal Exam
- CT with Oral/Rectal Contrast – Sensitivity Controversial
- Colonoscopy to Rule Out Malignancy
Treatment
- Tx: Elective Surgery
- Segmental Bowel Resection
- Generally Able to Preform Primary Anastomosis
- Vagina Management Varies – Primary Closure vs Left Open
- Consider Omentum Interposition
