General

  • Pancreatic Tissue Outside of Normal Anatomical Location
  • 90% Are Located in the Upper GI Tract (Stomach, Duodenum or Jejunum)
    • Most Common Site: Duodenum
  • Preoperative Dx is Difficult

Presentation

  • Abdominal Pain & Distention
  • Most Are Asymptomatic

Treatment

  • Asymptomatic: Conservative
  • Symptomatic: Resect
